Marketing Deployment Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, deployment, and execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives across digital and in-market channels;
• Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing activities;
• Monitor campaign performance, market developments, consumer trends, providing regular reports and actionable recommendations;
• Maintain and develop marketing dashboards, reports, and tracking tools to support business decision-making;
• Support the creation, adaptation, and deployment of marketing materials and assets, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and local regulations;
• Conduct regular market visits to assess execution quality, gather market intelligence, and identify opportunities for improvement;
• Manage relationships with external agencies, ensuring quality control, timely delivery, and adherence to agreed objectives and budgets;
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of marketing activities, campaigns, agency deliverables, and supporting materials in approved company systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field;
• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, Brand Management, or a related commercial function;
• Proficiency in Russian and English is required; working proficiency in Uzbek is preferred;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or similar creative tools is an advantage;
• Understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media channels, and performance tracking metrics;
• Experience working with data, reports, dashboards, and market analysis tools;
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

Employee Relations Executive

Responsibilities:

• Lead HR Shared Services operations and ensure HR policies, practices and procedures comply with Uzbekistan labour legislation and internal standards;
• Provide expert advice and support to HR teams, managers and employees on HR administration, labour law, payroll, compensation & benefits and HR policies;
• Standardize HR administration practices across BAT Uzbekistan and continuously improve HR processes and service quality;
• Support expatriates on compensation, benefits and international assignments, including HR administration and accurate payroll/benefit processing;
• Drive improvements to HR systems (e.g., evERP or equivalent), including system changes required by legislation and business needs; ensure data quality and security;
• Oversee regular and ad-hoc HR reporting and provide accurate analytics to support management decision-making;
• Monitor HR Shared Services budget and actual spend and support effective resource planning;
• Ensure continuous improvement of HR administration, payroll and HR reporting processes and a high level of internal customer satisfaction;
• Lead, prioritize and develop the HR Shared Services team; ensure delivery against agreed timelines and quality standards;
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, external providers and relevant government authorities.

Requirements:

• University degree;
• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in HR Operations, HR administration, Compensation & Benefits, payroll or HR Shared Services;
• Strong knowledge of Uzbekistan labour legislation and its practical application;
• Solid knowledge of HR administration, payroll, compensation & benefits, HR reporting and personal-data management;
• Experience with HR information systems; experience with evERP or similar corporate HR platforms is an advantage;
• Proven people-management/team coordination experience is an advantage;
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel;
• Proficiency in English and Russian, Uzbek is advantageous;
• Strong leadership, organization, stakeholder management, communication, consulting and negotiation skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisions;
• Experience in Change Management, process implementation and organizational transformation;
• High level of customer orientation, accountability, confidentiality and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Территориальный представитель

Ваши ключевые обязанности:

• Посещение торговых точек (каналы Convenience, Grocery, HoReCa) в строгом соответствии с утвержденными маршрутами и стандартами компании;
• Фиксация результатов визитов, прохождения опросников и аудит торговых точек через внутреннюю систему;
• Установление тесных деловых взаимоотношений с владельцами торговых точек и представителями дистрибьютора для углубления понимания торговой среды и повышения лояльности к брендам;
• Контроль установки оборудования в «горячих зонах» с наилучшей проходимостью, его брендирование и поддержание чистоты;
• Реализация ежемесячных маркетинговых активностей и контроль соблюдения условий контрактов со стороны торговых точек;
• Контроль наличия продукта, отслеживание сроков годности продукции в точках и своевременное информирование команды активации о любых отклонениях;
• Обеспечение своевременного и достоверного сбора документации (договора, счета-фактуры), связанной с маркетинговыми активностями на территории.

Требования:

• Образование не ниже средне-специального, при этом оконченное высшее образование будет преимуществом;
• Опыт работы в сфере продаж или торгового маркетинга от 1 года;
• Отличное знание русского и узбекского языков как в устной, так и в письменной форме;
• Знание английского языка на уровне Intermediate и выше будет являться преимуществом;
• Наличие водительского удостоверения категории «B» и подтвержденный стаж активного вождения не менее 2 лет;
• Высокий уровень самодисциплины, ориентация на результат, отличные навыки коммуникации, умение убеждать и инициативность;
• Уверенное владение ПК и мобильными приложениями, включая базовые знания MS Excel и Word.

Аудитор торговых точек

Обязанности:

• Регулярное посещение розничных и сетевых торговых точек по утвержденному маршруту для проверки соблюдения стандартов компании;
• Проверка корректности выкладки продукции, соблюдения планограмм, чистоты полок и правильности использования материалов (POSM);
• Контроль постоянного наличия ключевого ассортимента (SKU) на полках, фиксация упущенных продаж (Out-of-Stock);
• Оперативное заполнение электронных чек-листов и специализированных форм отчетности через корпоративное мобильное приложение непосредственно в торговой точке;
• Формирование качественной и достоверной фотофиксации состояния полок;
• Сбор первичной информации об изменении цен, запуске промо-акций и появлении новинок.

Требования:

• Средне-специальное или высшее образование;
• Опыт работы в сфере продаж / FMCG от 1 года (на аналогичных позициях аудитора торговых точек, территориального / торгового представителя, мерчандайзера или супервайзера);
• Уверенный пользователь смартфона/планшета, опыт работы с мобильными приложениями и отправки отчетности;
• Знание базовых принципов мерчандайзинга, понимание структуры работы розничной торговой точки, умение ориентироваться в матрице SKU;
• Высокий уровень самодисциплины, честность, внимательность к деталям, развитые коммуникативные навыки для эффективного взаимодействия с администрацией торговых точек и мобильность.

Обязанности:

• Осуществлять управление технологическим процессом, проводить настройки/регулировки оборудования;
• Осуществлять контроль над техническим состоянием электрооборудования;
• Обеспечивать правильную техническую эксплуатацию, бесперебойную работу электронного оборудования отдела по производству сигарет, фильтропалочек и нагреваемых табачных смесей;
• Осуществлять качественную, своевременную и точную передачу информации, предоставляемой в рамках рабочих процессов между сменами;
